 Thank you very much for your reply.

 The thing is that Nikos Roussos (a fellow Greek) has mailed the hotel last
 week in order to book a double room for us.

 So we have two scenarios.
 If you can allocate next week a fund (at least €50) for me would be fine
 or we have to find a roommate for Nikos and host me in another location as
 you said.

 I suggest to wait until next week and see :)
