The timing was less than ideal. We weren't sure what the budget would
be for this until very well into March, then we had a very large venue
back out and force us to restart the process there.

We definitely want to do an open-bid process for next year's event,
but for this year, we had to bootstrap something so that we'd have
something in time.

Sorry that you aren't available, hopefully you'll be able to watch the
presentations that interest you online!
