Ah. Right. I think it's OK personally, but you really need to start a
dialogue with both Robyn and FAmSCo to see if there's an official policy
or something about this.

As long as it's one of the organizers, it should be fine. I'll send out
a reminder to the Ambassadors mailing list by tomorrow night.

I think it'll be better if you folks can decide on a single "event
owner" who could get in touch with Robyn and FAmSCo. For FUDCon KL, for
example, Izhar was the event owner[1]. Similarly, Rahul was the owner at
FUDCon Pune[2]. It isn't an official post or anything, it's just easier
to steadily communicate with one person than different people at
different times :)

I think dropping her a direct e-mail will be fine. Once you start
talking to FAmSCo, they will get in touch with her too, I'd think.

Ah yes. All of this will be sorted out when you speak to Robyn and
FAmSCo.

I wish the team the best of luck. Please do not hesitate to ask the
regional ambassadors for any help that you'd need. I'll hopefully speak
to you folks again this Saturday during the IRC meeting. Please do keep
an eye out on the ambassadors list for a reminder.
