"Utilities" such as dosbox should be included too.

I was thinking it would be cool if we could somehow configure kde or
gnome or whatever to be game oriented as well.  For example, we could
have a game oriented desktop wall paper (the tux frag comes to mind).
And we could set up rss feeds and news tickers and stuff for game
related web sites and so on.

I'm not sure how feasable all that extra configuration would be though.
