[Fedora-haskell-list] ghc-rpm-macros updates for f12 and f13

I backported ghc-rpm-macros-0.7.x to Fedora 12:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/ghc-rpm-macros-0.7.0.610.4-1.fc12

So if you are using it please try it out and test it.
It should allow building current F14 and F13 packages on F12 too.

There is also a bugfix update for F13:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/ghc-rpm-macros-0.7.2-1.fc13

They are both still in the testing repos but planning
to push them to updates soon.
