[Fedora-haskell-list] gtk2hs for F14

As you may know ghc-gtk2hs no longer builds with ghc > 6.12.1
(well even for 6.12.1 a patch was needed on the last combined gtk2hs release)
and so it is blocked from F14.

gtk2hs has now been split up into a set of separate packages on hackage,
which is great news for portability but means we need new packages reviewed
for Fedora.

I submitted a first few:

- gtk2hs-buildtools used to generate gtk2hs bindings
- ghc-glib
- ghc-cairo

and ghc-pango and ghc-gtk will follow shortly.

It would be nice to get these new gtk2hs packages into F14 soon
so please give a hand with reviewing (or even submitting) if you can thanks.
