Sorry I broke ghc dependencies on Friday with a patch (from debian)
to use system libffi.  I will look into it more and only turn it back
on again when I think it is working properly.

disables the changes is building now in dist-f15.

(This build has the new haddock index cronjob and
disables running gen_contents_index with each ghc-*-devel
rpm transaction, which should speed up library installation
and updates significantly.)
