[Fedora-haskell-list] minor f14 ghc update needs karma

Hi

There is a small packaging "bugfix" update to ghc in testing
now for over a week.

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/ghc-6.12.3-7.fc14

It works around the huge time taken to update haddock's indices
if ghc-type-level-devel is installed.

If people could test it and give it karma that would be appreciated.
