On i686.

rpmquery -i ghc
Version     : 6.12.3                            Vendor: Fedora Project
Release     : 7.fc14 

ghc-pkg list gave this output ( among other things)
   filepath-1.1.0.4
   ghc-6.12.3
   ghc-binary-0.5.0.2
   ghc-paths-0.1.0.6
   ghc-prim-0.2.0.0

I was able to build a rpm package via rpmbuild whose cabal file lists ghc as a
dependency.
