Ok, I made the changes to Haskell-pkg-reviews
and that has simplified it a lot. :)

We can still track those library pkg reviews that no longer block Haskell-pkg-reviews
via CC fedora-haskell-list (yes, we should rename the haskell-sig address to
haskell-devel (or better haskell-bugs) in bugzilla):
