[Fedora-haskell-list] Patch to cabal2spec-diff to accept the location of the spec file

Hello,
This patch adds an extra option to cabal2spec-diff to accept the spec file
to compare  instead of finding one from the current working directory. The
latter will be the fallback if a spec file is not provided on the command
line.
