[Fedora-haskell-list] error: Architecture is not included: i686

Somehow even a koji build for f14 doesn't go through. The build seems to
pick up older redhat-rpm-config version (which doesn't have ghc_arches). Not
sure why though but ghc-strict build for f14 failed because of that. F15
builds are not a problem now though.
