The second rebuilds seem to have taken place.

I asked Marcela about the status of the f17-gmp buildroot and she said
she hopes it will be merged into f17 on Monday.  So please either
with rawhide builds until then or build into the f17-gmp tag if
you don't want to wait.

I will try to send out another mail when I see that the f17-gmp
packages hit rawhide.  Luckily there is no ABI change, so
the only change is really the gmp SONAME bump.
