Yes sorry I was aware of the failure but I am not sure yet
why the conditional on ExclusiveArch does not work.

The failure for F20+ is because I tried to only exclude arm for them
but it is not working somehow:

Will update soon to avoid building on F20+ arm for now.

Also please ignore my earlier comment about "yesod" - hoogle
just using wai for its webapp.  So maybe it does expect jquery perhaps
- need to test it.  But maybe we could just not ship jquery for now...
