I haven't been able to use my PC which runs Fedora 19 for over 3 weeks now due
to an intermittent psu problem - its probably not worth spending the money to
get it fixed if it doesn't wake up soon - I've been told that the condensers in
the psu are probably shot. All this has happened before, and previosly all of
a sudden it will wake up again. I think that the latest Fedora drivers may be
pushing things a bit far hardware-wise.

This particular bug was one of several that arose when I got Fedora 19 running
on what is now a 12 year old PC with limited memory, by upgrading from Fedora
18 using yum. Please use my userid to see the other dozen or so bugs that have
been reported. I have enlarged on the comments contained here in response to
other package maintainers. Most of these dozen or so bugs are related to bugs
in gnome-abrt and how it is handled by different desktop managers. A whole
string of updates to gnome-abrt related rpm packages have appeared in March and
April and most of the bugs are now fixed or rarely occurring - including this
one.

To answer your specific question - no this bug is not directly reproducble
other than in the above context of pushing an old PC beyond what it was built
to do.
