Shakti also suggested having a complete list of the package differences from F16 to F17.

(Probably what we really want is something more like http://people.debian.org/~nomeata/platform.html
but the diffs at least compact and will have to do for now I think.)

I will add the link to f16-f17.diff to the HCAR report and F17 relnotes.
