updating hakyll and pandoc for F19

I see that there are open bugs for updating Hakyll[1] and Pandoc[2]. I
would very much like to see the new versions in Fedora 19; is there
anything I can do to help make that happen?  Has packaging on
http-conduit and lrucache begun?
