I can try to take a pass at that this afternoon.  I think I'm probably
qualified - I'm a Packager, have co-maint on a few packages (but don't
have any of my own yet).  If for some reason I don't meet the
requirements to do a review, I can do a prelim one anyway if that is
helpful.
