HCAR draft update

Hi,

The deadline for the Haskell Communities and Activities Report
for November 2014 is fast approaching.  I started drafting
an update for the Haskell SIG:

It is not final yet: it needs a little more polishing,
but if you have suggestions for improvements,
changes, or additional content please send it soon.
