Description of problem:

After updating to espeak 1.40.02-2 stardict fails to load with the message "E:
socket-client.c: socket(): Address family not supported by protocol" when
loading espeak plugin. Downgrading to espeak 1.39-1 solve the problem.

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update to espeak 1.40.02-2
2. run stardict
3.

Actual results:

While loading stardict espeak plugin the message appears "E: socket-client.c:
socket(): Address family not supported by protocol". After that loading halts.

Expected results:

There should be no error message and stardict should run normally
