Well it is most visible in firefox/thunderbird since other projects
with large langpacks upstream (openoffice.org, kde-l10n, eclipse-nls, etc)
are already subpackaged. ;-)

Yes it should be taken care of by the distro - but that needs major
changes to Fedora (rpm/yum) and is not going to happen any time soon...
in the meantime it would still be better to subpackage the langpacks
until we have something better.
