Sure. as you aware of, this is useless in the standalone use. and basically
this package is pulled in by other packages' dependency. thus, having that
installed on your system would means any packages installed there requires it.
and probably something also installed that is useless for you. you may want to
file an another bug for that I guess. what happens when you are going to remove
imsettings directly?
