If 'ã' should work in Brazilian keymaps (i. e. not in us-acentos;)), please
fill a new bug and we should fix it with kbd upstream.

I'll change component to xkeyboard-config - keymaps in X generally, that's
probably it. If not, feel free to reassign it accordingly.
