Description of problem:
Even if I choose Japanese from the language group, the default keyboard layout
is U.S. English. which has ever been Japanese.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
anaconda-12.38-1.fc12

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select Japanese from the language list
2.see the default keyboard layout
3.

Actual results:
U.S. English

Expected results:
Japanese
