Since ibus-handwrite don't require zinnia anymore, would you still want to
import this package into repo?
See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=570731

Zinnia-tomoe-el and zinnia-tomoe-eb subpackages can be built easily.
Using %ifarch %{ix86} x86_64 arm5tel for zinnia-tomoe-el and %else for
zinnia-tomoe-eb

Note:
1.zinnia-tomoe-el should conflict with zinnia-tomoe-eb.
2.adding noarch for subpackges, not for zinnia-tomoe
