If we want to use the same naming convention as for third-party plasmoid
packages, then kde-plasma-kimpanel would be the name to use. Alternatively, we
could also use traditional subpackage naming (kdeplasma-addons-kimpanel).

I think kimpanel should just require IBus. It's the only backend we're
shipping. Kimpanel won't work at all without IBus.
