Well, I'd like to ship with kimpanel a Plasma script which adds the plasmoid to
the panel by default if it's installed, so it works out of the box. If we allow
users to install only kimpanel and no backend, that wouldn't be that great an
idea, though we could maybe ship the script with the IBus backend.
