Description of problem:
man pages fastboot.8 and fasthalt.8 are links to man page shutdown.8 which does
not exist. These pages should be removed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
man-pages-ja-20100415-3

Steps to Reproduce:
with japanese locale 
1. man fastboot
  or 
   man fasthalt
