Description of problem:
I change font to IPA Gothic in gedit and type Japanese characters but underline
does not show with characters. I tried this in Kwrite with IPA Gothic font but
it's working.

ibus-anthy-1.2.5-1.fc14.x86_64
ipa-gothic-fonts-003.02-5.fc14.noarch

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install ipa-gothic-fonts
2. Open gedit and turn ibus on with Japanese input method
3. Type some characters
Actual results:
Underline does not show up.
Expected results:
Underline is expected
