I'll be lenient with %check section.

The test of zinna must have handwriting-ja.model exist which was included in
the zinnia-tomoe package, however zinnia-tomoe itself depends on zinnia.

After packaging zinnia and zinnia-tomoe, I sucessfully test the zinnia python
wrapper in my computer.
