Again no. We must follow FHS:

pot files are just plain texts and so arch-independent. Usually the
difference between these pot files are because the time when these
pot files are generated are embedded in pot files themselves:

not due to endianness. Again /usr/share is arch-independent file
only, and Fedora follows FHS.
