Description of problem:

Vowel-0c60 and dependent vowels- 0c44, 0c01 need English character key mapping
in inscript overlay for Telugu.

m17n-contrib-telugu-1.1.10-3.el6.noarch

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Required key mapping in inscript layout for following vowel and dependent
vowels.
2.Vowel 0c60-ౠ
3.Dependent vowel 0c44-ౄ
4.Dependent vowel 0c01-ఁ

Actual results:

No keys mapped.

Expected results:
1.For vowel 0c60-ౠ [There is an empty key |(pipe symbol), we can use it]. 
2.For dependent vowel 0c44-ౄ [There is an empty key \(back slash), we can use
it]. 
3.For dependent vowel 0c01-ఁ [There is an empty key X(capital x), we can use
it].
