I think this is a problem, because:
1. Gambas supports modules, which get loaded into the runtime and can link to
anything.
2. gettext-devel no longer provides the symlink needed to link against
libgettextlib, exactly because no application is supposed to link against it
(and in fact, with blender fixed, gambas-runtime is the ONLY package linked
against it).
