Yes, the GUI option "Embed preedit text..." is not available in F13.

I'm gathering the feedbacks about the new feature of the new Control + Space in
this week.
Probably I will revert the feature for fedora 15 next week but keep the feature
in fedora 16 at the moment as we will have the further discussions.
