Were is the discussion for the feedback (link). I would like to learn more or
participate. "Enable/disable" & "Next input" shortcuts made sens with the
previous behavior. With new approach (explained in comment 11), the pref. field
for a shortcut "enable/disable" seems redundant* (even prone to mistake for old
timer users).

*I maybe finally understand the rational; why the field was suddenly blank
after updating.
