actually I did it ald in bashrc

cat ~/.bashrc
export GTK_IM_MODULE=ibus 
export XMODIFIERS=@im=ibus
export QT_IM_MODULE=ibus

all the *other* applications could use chinese pinyin expect for empathy.

btw ,2 account both English Locale .the first account still can reproduce the
issue ,every time use empathy ,click pinyin on status bar ,it show ibus
crashed;
in the newly created account ,every time mouse focus on empathy ,ibus always
show "no input Window" ,when the mouse focus on other applications such as
terminal ,pinyin could be used properly.
