OK, I think the your problem was happened in the old version but I think it's
fixed now.
You may need to clean up the gconf files.
How about trying a new user or removing gconf files?

1. Stop ibus from ibus panel menu.
2. pkill gconfd-2
3. rm $HOME/.gconf/desktop/ibus/engine/Anthy
4. ibus-daemon --xim &
