I grepped the Eclipse Platform R-3.5 English .properties files and found this:

org.eclipse.jdt.ui/ui/org/eclipse/jdt/internal/ui/wizards/NewWizardMessages.properties
157:NewClassWizardPage_methods_main=public static &void main(String[] args)

I've copied the English text as suggested, but please edit to your
satisfaction:
