Description of problem:
no provision for help, users need information regarding special combination to
add new word, keymapping

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ibus-indic-table-1.3.1-14.fc15.noarch

How reproducible:
every-time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select any IME, say marathi
2. check for help
3. 

Actual results:
No provision for help text/info

Expected results:
help must be there

Additional info:
IME's can support .txt file with them, ibus-indic-table should read it and
display when user select particular IME and click help
