The right Alt is used as AltGR so you could use another keybinding to switch
layouts except for right Alt.
As I noted, you could simply replace grp:rctrl_rshift_toggle with
grp:lctrl_lshift_toggle in /etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/autostart .
