https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=755798

Summary: XFCE doesn't install im-chooser-xfce even though
                    alternative input methods are installed
           Product: Fedora
           Version: 16
          Platform: x86_64
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: low
          Priority: unspecified
         Component: im-chooser
        AssignedTo: tagoh at redhat.com
        ReportedBy: fedorabugmail at yahoo.com
         QAContact: extras-qa at fedoraproject.org
                CC: tagoh at redhat.com, i18n-bugs at lists.fedoraproject.org
    Classification: Fedora
      Story Points: ---
              Type: ---

Description of problem: I believe in F14/GNOME adding any input method would
automatically install the configuration tool as well. F16/XFCE doesn't appear
to do this. Many input method are installed by default but there is no means to
select them. Installing im-chooser-xfce fixes the issue but.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
im-chooser-xfce-1.5.1-1.fc16

How reproducible: Install F16/XFCE and verify 'Input Method Selector' does not
exist in any menu.

Actual results: No means to configure input methods

Expected results: Input Method Selector menu option

Additional info: The tool im-chooser-1.5.1-1.fc16 WAS installed by default,
however it appears XFCE doesn't use this, or at least doesn't show it as a menu
option.
