As we can not make Eclipse change the shortcut without making the IDE unusable
for any experienced developer and generating the same amount of bugreports for
Eclipse and ibus can not change the shortcut I'm proposing to make the two
packages conflict.
Without Ctrl+Space Eclipse is losing it's biggest feature so conflicting with
ibus seems like a fare trade to me.
