Description of problem:
ibus-pinyin/libpinyin don't work after upgrading to libpinyin, 

Had an issue as in the attached screenshot when updating to libpinyin, updates
completed and then select Chinese Intelligent Pinyin(Beta) from ibus but seems
that it don't work for my locale fedora 15, timeout??

I am not sure if it's a libpinyin/or ibus bug, could you help to have a look?

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
libpinyin-0.3.0-2.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download libpinyin.repo to /etc/yum.repos.d/;
2. Run "yum upgrade ibus-pinyin";
3. Re-login, and add "Intelligent Pinyin(Beta)" to ibus ime list.

Actual results:
ibus-pinyin/libpinyin don't work after upgrading to libpinyin

Expected results:
Should be work as normal.
