Hmm, very strange for me. Did you use the latest ibus-anthy?

# yum install ibus-anthy
% rpm -q ibus-anthy
ibus-anthy-1.2.6-3.fc15

I expect any new users don't have the directory of
$HOME/.gconf/desktop/ibus/engine/anthy . Could you check it?
