Numeric characters such as 1,2,4 are not displayed correctly

How reproducible:
It is reproducible every time
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to type numeral charachers "1" ,"2"
Actual results:
1,2
Expected results:
They should be displayed as 1,2
