Description of problem:
Numeric characters such as 1,2,4 are not displayed correctly 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
It is reproducible every time 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Try to type numeral charachers "1" ,"2"

Actual results:
1,2

Expected results:
They should be displayed as 1,2

Additional info:
Use xchat to see the effect
