This was more an indirect reference to whether for example scim should 
be installed by default or not in fedora 8 like it is in 7, but this has 
already been fixed in the development tree recently so it is less of an 
issue now but maybe still worth discussing.

We could also come to that - specifically for things like fonts: eg how 
much font/input method coverage do we want by default in Fedora, etc.
