Update "Nice to Test" section on Fedora i18n test page

Hi All,

  I removed following bugs from "Nice to Test" section [1]

size with all libreoffice GUI (translated) is small as compared to gnome
application]

*Now sms meera fonts is improved and no need for scaling. *

symbol for locale file (hi_IN)]

*Rupee symbol added in glibc upstrem and available in Fedora from some time
now.*

* [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=799565 Lohit Malayalam font
does not have support for 0D4E MALAYALAM LETTER DOT REPH]
* [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=766493 <nowiki>[mr] Marathi
needs changes in Devanagari glyphs</nowiki>]
* [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=771685 <nowiki>[as_IN]
Position and joint of 'ু', 'ূ', 'ৃ' in letters not correct</nowiki>]
* [https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=718949 <nowiki>[te_IN] Lohit
font has different glyph shape for * character (used for password
characters)</nowiki>]

*Fixed in Lohit upstream and available in Fedora.*

same width as other numerals (liberation-fonts)]

Fixed in Liberation fonts upstream and also available in Fedora.

  Still there are some bugs we can remove from list.
