Checking in on Release Notes

Hi i18n Team,

We're wrapping up the wiki stage of F23 release notes development, so
I'm writing to check in.  There's nothing in the i18n beat yet for this
cycle, and historically you've done an awesome job with it.  Should I be
looking into this beat, or are people planning to work on it in the near
future?  If the former, some pointers would help.
