[KFI] [DRAFT] Disclaimer Forum Fedora™ Indonesia

Untuk sementara saya sudah memasang Disclaimer yang di buat om Eko sampai
ada revisi selanjutnya, karena overall buat saya oke dan tidak masalah
dengan TradeMark karena memang itulah kenyataannya.. :)
