Our festival will be held on the 13th & 14th of Decemeber, 2008. It
would be nice if you could furnish me with the following details :

 - Speaker Name
 - Topic of discussion with a brief description
 - Number of participants for the session, that you will prefer
 - Seminar Hall or Computer Laboratory ?
 - List of CDs, banners and other gifts that Fedora can provide

 We will prefer to have the session on 14th afternoon between 3pm &
6pm. Please notify me in case you have any suggestions or would like
to make alterations to the schedule.
